We use duck fat to fry these crispy golden delicious gems! Using duck fat produces a clean and crispy texture that is different from their vegetable oil fried cousins. Twice fried in the Belgian style, they are sure to be one of the best fries you’d had!
This fresh Italian cheese is made from mozzarella and cream. The outer shell is mozzarella while the center is a creamy combination of the two. We serve ours with a rustic French bread, basil, a balsamic glaze, and just a touch of extra virgin olive oil.

A twist of traditional. We fry ours in duck fat to lend a unique sweetness to the classic fried dough. It comes with a choice of powdered sugar and butter or drizzled with a rich dark chocolate sauce. Feeling decadent? Have both!
We use a half pound of fresh ground beef to hand-form our patties. Cooked to perfection, we top our burgers with arugula, tomato and in-house pickled red onions*. Your choice of cheese and a house sauce complement this combo and is contained in a lightly toasted locally made challah bun. Cheese choices: American, cheddar, and pepperjack.

Our pizza is baked at more than 800 degrees in a custom wood stone pizza oven with the base of the stone being over 500 degrees! The artisanal dough and high heat result in a crispy outside and a soft fresh bread inside texture. This represents the Neapolitan style pizza that has been made in Italy for centuries, where fresh ingredients are allowed to speak for themselves.
